You will be responsible for collections, reconciliation of customer accounts and answering customer inquiries. i would like to add about account receivable It is a process of receiving payment from customers for good service for a customer order.we can see in the balance sheet the amount as assent.two main teams are there one is cashier team and receivable team.receivable team receives funds for company pending bills while cashier team takes care of received money..
